CGSI hosts the Genomics Seminar Series which take place on the first Thursday of each month, 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM. Talks are in-person in Genetics/Biotech 1111 (virtual zoom is no longer supported).
CGSI has also partnered with the Center for Precision Medicine in a new series called “Problems in Precision Medicine and Genomics” (PPMG).
PPMG sessions foster collaboration among campus researchers through informal discussions, aiming to spark innovative research and address specific faculty-driven challenges.
Sessions are held in-person in two rooms connected through Zoom: WIMR West Wedge 2798 and Gen-Biotech 5406. Attendees can also join remotely via Zoom (wisc.edu email address required for registration). Sessions take place on the first Monday of every other month, 12:00 – 1:00 PM.
